With more than ten years of professional land work across the Texas Hill Country, Sterling Tobin has developed the kind of regional expertise that only comes from sustained work on this specific terrain.
He grew up on land in Bandera County, which means his understanding of Hill Country property didn't start with his first job. It started with his childhood. Sterling knows what's above the surface and what's below it. He knows how water moves through limestone, where rock sits close to the surface and where it drops away, and what solutions hold up on this terrain over time. He also knows what it means to own land in this region — to care about it, invest in it, and want it to last.
